Oxford Lounge Guest Guidelines Welcome to the Oxford Lounge, where we strive to provide a refined, comfortable, and exclusive experience for all our guests. To ensure an enjoyable atmosphere and uphold the standards of our lounge, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following guidelines:

Dress Code To maintain the sophisticated ambiance of the Oxford Lounge, we require all guests to adhere to an appropriate dress code. Our management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone whose attire does not align with the elegant and upscale environment we aim to provide. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the dress standards that help create a welcoming space for all.

Outside Food and Beverages For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly request that no outside food, beverages, or alcohol be brought into the Oxford Lounge. We offer a thoughtfully curated selection of complimentary and premium dining and beverage options to enhance your experience. Our culinary team is dedicated to providing a diverse menu that caters to a variety of tastes and preferences.

Oxford Lounge Strict Rules

Consumption of Lounge Offerings We respectfully ask that all food, beverages, and reading materials provided within the Oxford Lounge remain inside the lounge premises. This ensures all guests have equal access to our carefully selected amenities. The only exceptions are purchased made-to-order meals, tea, and coffee, which guests are welcome to take with them for their convenience.

Luggage and Safety Standards In compliance with airport fire and safety regulations, we regretfully cannot permit the use of airport luggage carts inside the Oxford Lounge. For your convenience, personal luggage must be kept within your immediate area and must not obstruct walkways or emergency exits. Our team is available to assist you in managing your belongings to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Spa GUIDES & RULES

Talking is not recommended during facial treatments. This can be off-putting for the therapist and it’s very unlikely you’ll feel relaxed. You may wish to hold a conversation with the therapist during a non-facial treatment, such as a back massage, but do not feel obligated. Staff are trained to recognise when a guest wants to be silent and simply enjoy their treatment.

However, you should ensure you communicate clearly with your therapist throughout your treatments.

Inform the spa of any medical, or skin, conditions you have in advance - There are some treatments which are not suitable for those with certain medical conditions or skin ailments. Discussing any you may have ahead of your visit will prevent disappointment on the day. Staff can customise treatments to make them suitable, or book an alternative therapy for you .

Please ensure the table and other tools are wiped clean in your presence.

The Gym GUIDES & RULES

The gymnasium use is for registered guests or members above the age of 16 years only.

There is no attendant on duty. Please exercise caution when using this facility.

All persons using the gymnasium area and equipment do so at their own risk and sole responsibility. The management accepts no liability for any inquiry, death or loss associated with the use of the gymnasium facilities e.g. articles or clothing, valuables etc.

Stop exercising if you feel unwell at any time.

Proper gym attire and athletic shoes must always be worn.

Use all equipment with care. Report any damage of equipment immediately.

The Gym Rules

During peak hours, please restrict the usage period to the maximum of 20min per equipment in consideration of other uses.

The Management reserves the right to ask any person to leave the facility if any of the above rules and regulations are not complied accordingly.

Guests are Urged not to leave personal essentials at Gym or else will be dispposed off.

Poolside GUIDES & RULES

The Pool area is open daily 0800hrs to 2100 hrs. Each Swimmer will enter the name and room number with time in and out register kept at the entrance. Hotel staff or the swimming pool life guard is authorized to demand the guest key card or ask details about your room number for verification. Except for the Hotel Guests, access to the Swimming Pool Area is only granted to people with a valid entry ticket.

Guests staying at hotel may use the swimming pool area free of charge. Current admission fees and detailed information is provided by the Swimming Pool Reception Desk. Proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities.

Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool. Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take bath with soap after leaving the pool. Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.

Poolside Strict Rules

In case you are a beginner at the pool, then you must wear a red cap.

Diving is Strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.

These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without notice.

Park at least 2 meters from each car

We accept no liability for damage caused by unforeseeable events such as storm, hailstones, explosions and fire, nor do we accept liability for theft or damage caused by third parties.

The parking fee covers the parking space provided (in the car park), however not the supervision of the vehicle. Therefore, please ensure that doors, trunk department, windows and sunroof of your car are closed and that you haven’t left any objects visible inside before you leave it.

Parking at the lot is at your own risk, Hotel will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to property
