“We Price Match” Price Guarantee

We offer a Price Match Guarantee to ensure you receive the best available rate when booking directly with us. If, within 24 hours of booking a reservation directly through our official channels, you find a lower publicly available rate on another website for the same hotel, room type, dates, number of guests, and with identical booking conditions (e.g., cancellation policy, payment terms), we will match that rate.

The Price Match Guarantee does NOT apply to:

Rates or offers tied to special promotions, packages, or exclusive deals (e.g., bundled travel packages including flights, car rentals, tours)
Rates requiring a membership, loyalty program, company/association discount, or special codes
Non-public or negotiated corporate, group, convention, or event rates
Prices on auction, opaque, or mystery booking sites where the hotel and room details are undisclosed until after booking
Rates with different cancellation, deposit, or payment policies
Offers requiring advance purchase or non-refundable terms when different from your original booking
Rates from third-party sites that do not provide immediate booking confirmation
Any other offers that do not fully match the terms and conditions of your original reservation

Moreover, our Price Match Guarantee excludes rates or offers obtained through unauthorised crawling technology, scraping, or automated means of extracting rates. We only honour price matches for rates that are live, publicly available, directly bookable online, and offered by authorised websites or official partners.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Standard check-in time is 15:00 (early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges of 50%).

Standard check-out time is 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability, with a surcharge of 50% and 100% after 6 p.m.

Reservation is not guaranteed without payment.

Guarantee Policy: One night’s deposit required.

Special Event cancellation policies may apply.

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, the price is subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Moreover, the price of the booking (reservation) will be as displayed on our website, except in cases of obvious error. Prices for bookings (reservations) are dynamic and can change at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already accepted, except in cases of obvious error. We display many suite types for reservation, and we try to ensure that the displayed price is accurate. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website/reservations/bookings. If there is an obvious error and you have made a booking, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your booking by paying the correct price or we will cancel your booking without penalty. We have no obligation to make available suites/bookings/reservations to you at an incorrect (lower) price even after you have been sent a Booking Confirmation, if the error should reasonably have been apparent to you.

Parties exceeding room occupancy are not permitted unless prearranged 24 hours before check-in.

Visitors are not allowed in rooms after 6 p.m.

Pets are not allowed.

All suites are non-smoking. A penalty of $300 applies if the room smells of smoke.

Reservations require a 1-night prepayment.

Child Policies

Children of any age are welcome. Those aged 12+ are charged as adults.

Children below 5 years eat free for Bed & Breakfast packages.

Children 5 years and above pay full for Breakfast.

Incidentals Policy

A refundable incidental deposit of $100 is required at check-in and will be refunded at checkout if not used.
